San Senso box is a luxe edit of the finest tinned fish. The traditional techniques that the canneries use involve dozens of careful steps, starting at the morning shoreside auctions when scouts from the canneries purchase the most sought-after fish. The high-quality fish are run back to the canneries on ice where artisans expertly prepare and pack them in the finest olive oils and sauces. Once canned, the magic continues, the flavours getting even better and growing richer with time.
