Bonito del Norte tuna in olive oil

Olasagasti’s Bonito tuna is MSC certified, and fished in the Bay of Biscay in the summer months when it is leaner and less fatty and in peak condition. It is caught by pole-and-line, which prevents by-catch and damage to the sea bed, and also means the fish’s flesh is not damaged as it can be when netted.
