Razor clams in brine

Tinned razor clams from Spain, they have a tender, squid-like texture and a subtle sweet flavour. Espinaler’s premium range razor clams are fished when they are at their best; they’re caught in the waters surrounding Sálvora Island off the coast of Galicia. They're good served simply with just a squeeze of lemon, added to a stir-fry or breadcrumbed and deep fried and served with aïoli.
