Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil from Ramón Peña. The cannery is more than a century old, and strives for better and better tasting conservas via an onsite laboratory. These special-selection anchovy fillets are the result, great on a tapa with cream cheese and a piquillo pepper, diced and mixed into a seasoned egg mayonnaise, or in pasta sauces with garlic, chilli flakes and lots of olive oil.
