Anchovies caught in the Cantabrian Sea when they are at their best and packed in a delicious, organic extra virgin olive oil, by Basque cannery Olasagasti. Great skewered with gherkins and olives, as a pizza topping, or in a tomato and onion salad with the oil drizzled over.
