Sea bass fillets in a traditional salsa verde made from Albariño wine, garlic, onion, parsley and spices. The sea bass is meticulously hand prepared at Los Peperetes cannery in Pontevedra, Galicia. The fillets are then lightly cooked to achieve Los Peperetes' signature tenderness and complemented with a traditionally-made broth, a green sauce of garlic, onion, parsley, spices, and a celebrated Albariño wine from the Pazo De Rubianes' vineyards in Galicia.
