Sardines in a chilli-infused olive oil from renowned Galician cannery, Ramón Peña. Fished in the Cantabrian Sea, the best sardines are chosen at auction and canned the same day. Great with a side of scrambled eggs and chives, or fluffy rice with chopped herbs stirred through.
