Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil from Ramón Peña cannery. Ramón Peña is over a century old, and strives for better and better tasting conservas via an onsite laboratory. These special-selection anchovy fillets are the result, great on a tapa with cream cheese and a piquillo pepper, diced and mixed into a seasoned, herby egg mayonnaise, or added to simple pasta sauces along with garlic, chilli flakes and lots of olive oil.
