A fillet of flavourful, buttery-textured trout packed in extra virgin olive oil infused with Mediterranean spices such as basil, oregano, savory and thyme. The trout is farmed close to the cannery and hand filleted whilst fresh by skilled artisans.

Diplomats is a renowned Latvian tinned fish brand, with a history dating back to 1907. The fish is canned using 100% artisanal methods in a state of the art cannery in the seaside village of Engure, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga.
