Mackerel fillets in olive oil
Ramón Peña’s mackerel fillets in olive oil are grilled before being hand packed and accompanied with olive oil, which all adds up to a delicious tin. Based in Galicia, Ramón Peña is renowned for producing superior quality tins of the best fish caught in the Galician Rías. Sauté potato rounds until they turn golden and start to caramelise. Top with tomato paste and Tabasco and lastly the tinned mackerel.
