Smoked cod liver


Smoked cod liver from Espinaler. It is velvety with a texture similar to foie gras. Caught in the waters off Iceland, it is packed with omega 3 and Vitamin D. Cod liver is great on toast or in salads, and goes well with cockles and mussels too.
