Don Reinaldo

Galician sardines | Gran Reserva

The best sardines from the morning markets go in these tins. Big, silver beauties tinned the day they are caught. Gran Reserva means the sardines are matured for six months, thus enhancing their flavours. Mash a couple on toast for a sustaining breakfast, break up and stir into tomato, onion and herb pasta sauces, or serve in a tomato, avocado and red onion salad with a squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
