A creamy sauce with mustard seeds and dill. This is Fangst's take on the traditional Nordic gravlax sauce, a creamier, milder take.
This mayo is from the Copenhagen-based brand's Høst range. Høst means harvest or autumn. The organic spreads, mayos and pickles in the range are made from the vegetables, berries and herbs that grow in the forests and fields during Denmark's brief, light-filled summers. Harvested before winter and preserved for use through the year, they are ideal as spreads, dips or toppings.
Try the mustard and dill spread on crackers or rye bread with salmon, mackerel and other oily fish.
