Mayonnaise with sea buckthorn. This creamy, smooth mayo from Fangst has a gentle acidity and heat from the sea buckthorn berry. 

This mayo is from the Copenhagen-based brand's Høst range. Høst means harvest or autumn. The organic spreads, mayos and pickles in the range are made from the vegetables, berries and herbs that grow in the forests and fields during Denmark's brief, light-filled summers. Harvested before winter and preserved for use through the year, they are ideal as spreads, dips or toppings.

Try the mayo with sea buckthorn on rye bread or crackers with oily fish such as sardines, sprats, herring or mackerel.
