Small squid in ink sauce


Very small squid - puntillitas, puntillas or chipirones in Spanish - preserved in a delicious ink sauce with red bell pepper, sweet and smoked paprika and wine. Real Conservera Española continues to use the same traditional, sustainable methods it has used for over 100 years to catch, lovingly prepare and hand-pack these shellfish from the Galician estuaries. The cannery recommends enjoying them directly from the tin or with a side of rice.
