A luxurious, creamy-textured pâté made from the highest quality Galician mussels, olive oil and a careful selection of spices. 

The mussels are rope-grown in the Galician estuaries and have protected designation of origin certification, ensuring that inimitable Galician taste. The pâté is filled with deep sea flavours, and is a perfect balance of salinity and sweetness.

Recipe tip: try the pâté on crackers or squares of toast with finely sliced cucumber and a crack of black pepper.
