Sardines in olive oil from renowned cannery Ramón Peña, in Galicia, northwest Spain. The cannery was founded 100 years ago and has an onsite lab to ensure its canning techniques are the best. Out of the tin for a handy lunch, or perfect on toast with slivers of shallot and red onion, sea salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
