Galician mussels in escabeche
Mussels from the Atlantic inlets in Galicia are said to be the best. These juicy morsels - high in protein, Omega 3, vitamins and minerals - come in a light escabeche, a traditional way of serving them. Try them in a salad, or straight from the tin - no need for any dressings. Angelachu has taken care of that.
