Sardines in sesame oil
Meaty sardines in fragrant sesame oil. Four firm-textured, silver-skinned sardines in a light sesame oil. The oil’s pronounced sesame seed note cuts through the oiliness and punchy flavour of the sardines beautifully.
Serving tip: serve over fluffy white rice with lots of chopped herbs forked through the rice. Garnish with thinly sliced spring onion.
