Portuguese mackerel fillets in a spicy olive oil. The best mackerel is chosen by Nuri at the morning fish market and tinned on the day of catch using Nuri’s century-old artisanal, hands-on techniques. The techniques preserve and enhance the flavours of the fish. This is boneless mackerel canned with cloves and bay leaves, two staples of many Portuguese dishes, in a mildly spiced olive oil.
