Mackerel fillets with lemon
Sustainably-caught mackerel from Galician master canners Ramón Peña. The mackerel fillets come in olive oil with lemon for cut-through and coriander for freshness. Try the fillets on baby gem leaves sprinkled with sesame seeds or with a side of rice with the olive oil drizzled over and some cracks of black pepper.
