Sun-dried tomato sauce


This sun-dried tomato sauce, a family recipe from Olasagasti. The Basque cannery suggests adding a tablespoon to a plate of beans and pulses, or a teaspoon-full to cheese, or vegetable tapas. And mix in a little olive oil to dress salads, rice dishes or pasta.
