Cantabrian anchovies


Spanish anchovies tinned in the Basque Country. Founded in 1867, Yurrita originally distributed salted fish to the rest of Spain via horse and cart. The fillets are prepared using traditional artisan methods - including curing for at least 20 months - to create an exquisite product.
