Zallo's premium Cantabrian anchovies are sustainably caught in the Cantabrian Sea in the spring when they are at their peak. These longer fillets come from the cream of that catch and are MSC-certified. Try them on toasted and buttered sourdough.

Store between 5 and 12C; bring up to room temperature at least 30 minutes before consuming. Once opened, keep refrigerated, cover with olive oil and consume within seven days.
